PLANNED PRODUCT · WORKFLOW AND IMPLEMENTATION SCOPE
Reputation management, built around genuine customer evidence
A planned workspace for the whole feedback cycle
ProofNivo is being planned as a subscription product for review requests, review monitoring, response drafting and permission-based customer proof. These capabilities describe the proposed offer, not software that is available today. No account, connected platform, subscription price or operational demonstration is currently offered.
The intended advantage is a clear sequence: identify a completed service, invite an honest review, understand what the customer actually said, prepare a considered response and decide what can be displayed with permission. Automation should help a person act carefully rather than manufacture a reputation.
Four distinct jobs, one visible handoff
Review collection would manage eligible completion events and neutral invitation wording. Monitoring would bring supported public review sources into a dated queue. A response assistant would prepare drafts for human approval. Testimonial tools would track permission and context before display.
These are separate jobs. A private feedback form is not a public review, and permission to publish a testimonial is not permission to reuse somebody’s words everywhere. A useful workspace should keep the source, date, purpose and responsible person visible.
What a first workflow would need
A service business would first identify its genuine completion event, approved contact channel, review-profile destination and person responsible for exceptions. A small test would establish how a request is triggered, how repeated invitations are prevented and how a customer can stop receiving messages.
Platform access, consent requirements, delivery providers, supported languages, retention settings and account permissions remain implementation dependencies. No integration or reduction in workload has been demonstrated here.
Human approval where it matters
The proposed assistant would help summarize feedback and draft a response. It would not decide whether a customer deserves a public review invitation, hide criticism, publish an unreviewed reply or turn an invented dashboard example into customer proof.
Success would be assessed using completed and eligible invitations, actual delivery, genuine feedback, response handling and a documented permission trail. Rankings, rating increases and revenue outcomes are not guaranteed. Explore the review collection and response workflows before deciding whether this approach fits.
Product and contact status
This is a planned software concept. Accounts, subscriptions, trials and operational tools are unavailable. No customer messages, bookings, payments or documents are accepted. Read the current contact status.
