Planned product modules
Follow the proposed cycle from a genuine review invitation to considered customer proof.
Define a real completion event and invite an honest account without rating filters.
Draft a factual response to a critical review
Check the facts, protect private details and prepare a human-approved next step.
Three review templates to start with
Review request: “Hi [name], thanks for choosing [Business]. If you have a minute, we’d appreciate an honest review: [link].”
Positive reply: “Thank you, [name]. We’re glad [specific detail] went well and hope to see you again.”
Negative reply: “Thank you for telling us, [name]. We’re sorry [issue]. Please contact [channel] so we can look into it.”
All three are neutral, short and free of incentives. Adapt the tone to your business.

A customer feedback guide in four questions
Every guide in this library comes back to four questions. Who is eligible to be asked for a review, and when? Who owns each piece of private feedback, and what is the next step? Who approves a public reply before it is posted? And what may you display on your website, with whose permission?
If you can answer those four questions in writing, you have the outline of a customer review workflow that will hold up to Google’s policies, the FTC’s rules and your customers’ expectations. Test it on last month’s customers: who was asked, who replied, and what happened to the feedback that came in privately?
The answers usually show one of three gaps. Some customers were never asked because nobody owned the request. Some feedback arrived privately and was never answered. And some public replies were written in a hurry, without anyone checking the facts. Each guide above closes one of those gaps with a short template or checklist you can start using this week, on paper or in the tools you already have.
These figures describe the planned product design, not customer results. Nothing here is a measured outcome.
