PLANNED PRODUCT · WORKFLOW AND IMPLEMENTATION SCOPE
Draft thoughtful review responses with a person in control
An assistant for drafting, not automatic public replies
The proposed ProofNivo response module would organize a public review, help identify what needs checking and prepare a response for a named human approver. It is not currently connected to review accounts and cannot publish replies from this website.
The intended benefit is a better starting draft and a clear handoff. It is not a promise of accurate autonomous judgment, guaranteed resolution or the removal of criticism.
Separate the public words from the private investigation
A useful draft begins with what the reviewer actually wrote. Staff can then check the relevant facts through their approved internal process. Customer records, payment information and identifying details should not be copied into a public reply merely to prove the business’s position.
The planned workflow would distinguish an unverified allegation, an acknowledged service issue and information the business can responsibly state. Sensitive disputes should be escalated rather than answered by a generic template.
A practical approval checklist
Before publication, a person should check that the response addresses the specific concern, avoids unsupported promises and uses an actual authorized contact route. If no suitable contact channel exists, the reply should not invent one.
The assistant would need tested access controls, supported review sources, an approval log and a reliable way to stop publication. These implementation details and integrations are unverified; no working approval or publishing system is demonstrated here.
Keep criticism visible and useful
The intended offer would support calm, factual responses rather than threats, selective suppression or pressure to rewrite a review. A response can acknowledge an experience without disclosing private facts or admitting an unverified allegation.
Read the critical-review response guide for a manual drafting process. The current site provides guidance; product access, trials and response services are not open.
Product and contact status
This is a planned software concept. Accounts, subscriptions, trials and operational tools are unavailable. No customer messages, bookings, payments or documents are accepted. Read the current contact status.
